Renee Miller

Renee Miller is a progressive educator, school leader, and academic coach with more than two decades of experience supporting children, teachers, and families in both public and independent school settings. Her background spans classroom teaching, curriculum design, teacher mentorship, and school leadership, including roles as Director of Teaching and Learning at a K–8 independent school in Napa and Head of Elementary at a progressive immersion school in San Francisco. Through her private academic coaching practice, Full Circle Math, Renee works closely with children and families to untangle the emotional and organizational challenges that can get in the way of success, with a specialized focus on mathematics and learner advocacy. -
Molly Carr
MA Marriage and Family Therapy
SOCIAL-EMOTIONAL LEARNING (SEL) COORDINATOR & CO-FOUNDERMolly Carr is a therapist, educator, and former user-experience designer dedicated to creating inclusive, emotionally attuned spaces where people feel safe, seen, and connected. Her background spans progressive education, curriculum design, and social services, including work with refugees, trauma survivors, and underserved youth. She has taught elementary Spanish, developed workforce programs, and led creative initiatives for a national public school network. Today, she brings her deep commitment to compassion, curiosity, and equity into her work as a trauma-informed therapist supporting individuals, couples, and families.

Lillian Tinsley
LOWER SCHOOL HEAD TEACHER
Lili is a seasoned early childhood educator with a strong background in Montessori philosophy and a proven track record of leading nurturing, child-centered programs that prioritize curiosity, connection, and play. After beginning her career as a preschool aide, she quickly advanced into leadership roles, eventually running a beloved play-based daycare program in Sacramento known for its warm, creative atmosphere. She later joined a small Montessori preschool, where she served as a head teacher and completed her Montessori teaching credentials in 2023. In each of her roles, Lili has been recognized for her ability to create emotionally attuned environments where children feel safe, seen, and inspired to explore. Her leadership is marked by deep attentiveness, steady guidance, and a strong belief in honoring each child’s unique voice and rhythm.
